Results from our HVAC and heating marketing work

These are real outcomes from heating and HVAC companies we have marketed, each named and linked. None is a heat pump-only business, so we explain what transfers to a heat pump installer and what doesn't.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

The four results below come from heating and HVAC companies whose marketing we built or ran. We picked them because each shows a method a heat pump installer can use: content depth, focused lead generation, speed of launch and organic growth. They are past results, not forecasts, and the full write-ups are on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

CanroHeat.ca: 250% lead growth

The short answer: focusing a heating company's marketing on the work it wants more of can multiply enquiries.

CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth. Within the same group, we also built GasBoilers.ca as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat, serving 26+ BC communities, with a 5.0★ rating from 76+ Google reviews.

What transfers to heat pumps: a dedicated brand or section for one product line. An installer who also sells furnaces can give heat pumps their own pages, offers and tracking, rather than burying them in a general HVAC menu. See program landing pages.

HeatLand: 850+ articles and a 300% lead increase

Depth of useful content can drive leads, not just traffic.

Over six months, HeatLand grew its leads by 300%, on the strength of 850+ SEO articles.

What transfers: heat pump buyers in cold provinces research for weeks. Answers on sizing, backup heat, running costs and rebates catch them early. Most installers need dozens of strong pages, not hundreds; the principle is consistency. See heat pump SEO.

BCWide.ca: 3× leads in 90 days

A focused build and campaign can move fast.

BCWide.ca achieved 3× leads in 90 days.

What transfers: when a program deadline is close, speed matters more than perfection. A clear site, tracked calls and well-targeted ads can produce results within a quarter. See Google Ads for heat pump installs.

Roma Heating & Cooling: 400% organic traffic growth

Organic search compounds when the technical base and the content are both right.

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.

What transfers: traffic growth only matters if it is local and converts. For a heat pump installer, that means town pages, a well-kept Google Business Profile and a site that makes calling easy. See installer websites.

How to read these results

Use them to judge the method, then set your own targets.

  • Different starting points. A company with no website will see bigger percentage jumps than one with a strong site.
  • Different seasons. Heat pump demand peaks around heating seasons and program windows; compare like months.
  • Leads are not jobs. Your close rate and response time decide how many enquiries become revenue. Answering within minutes matters.

A worked example: if you get 40 enquiries a month and book 30% as estimates, that is 12 estimates. A 250% increase in leads, as at CanroHeat.ca, would mean 140 enquiries; your office would need to handle that volume. We plan capacity with you before scaling.

Applying the lessons to a heat pump business

The method behind these results translates into four concrete moves for an installer.

  1. Give heat pumps their own front door. A dedicated section or brand, with its own tracking, as CanroHeat.ca's group did with a separate boiler division.
  2. Answer the cold-climate questions in writing. Sizing, backup heat and running costs, in plain language, with sources such as NRCan's product-list criteria.
  3. Move fast when a program moves. A dated page and a campaign ready to switch on when an offer opens.
  4. Measure the phone, not the traffic. Calls, texts and emails by source, and the estimates they turn into.

What we don't show

We only publish results we can name and link.

No client quotes, no anonymous claims, no averages across the portfolio. If you want to talk about what is realistic for your market, read the pricing page and then call, text or email us via the contact page.
