Phone or text (604) 632-4959 and you'll reach us quickest. You can also email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Every conversation is with a senior strategist, not a call centre.

How to reach us
The short answer: call, text or email. There is no form to fill in.
- Call (604) 632-4959 for a first conversation about your marketing.
- Text (604) 632-4959 if you're on a job and want us to call you back at a set time.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send links, numbers or a list of questions.
We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work with heat pump installers across Canada by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email. Hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which is 12–9 Eastern and 1–10 Atlantic.
What to include in your first message
Five details make our first reply far more useful to you.
- Your company name and the towns you serve.
- Which heat pump types you install: ductless, ducted, dual-fuel, ground source.
- The programs you're registered with or sell under, such as Home Renovation Savings or LogisVert.
- Your website address, if you have one.
- What you want to change: more calls, better-quality enquiries, a new town, a program you aren't capturing.
A template you can copy:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We install [heat pump types] in [City] and [Nearby towns], and we're registered with [Program name]. Our website is [website]. We'd like more [enquiries / estimates] from [type of homeowner]. Best time to reach me is [day and time].
What happens next
A short, practical process, with no obligation.
- We reply. Usually within one business day, by the channel you used.
- A first conversation. About 20–30 minutes on your market, programs and goals.
- The 7-day free trial. We assess your marketing, website speed, search standing and local competition, with no credit card asked for.
- A written proposal. Scope, price, reporting and terms set out in writing. Plans start at $2,998/month and websites at $3,500, plus GST/HST by province. See pricing.
- Your decision. There is no lock-in.
Who you'll be talking to
Ali Sedighi, MBA, who leads every client relationship.
Ali has 17+ years of experience in digital marketing and has built 150+ live HVAC websites. HeatPumpNews.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group and the HVAC.Agency family. We are not an HVAC contractor: we market and advise installers, and we don't install or service equipment. Learn more about us.
Good reasons to get in touch
Most installers contact us at one of a handful of moments.
- A program just changed. A rebate opened, closed or added a bonus, and your website still says the old thing. We can tell you what to update first.
- Your phone went quiet. Enquiries dropped compared with the same month last year, and you want to know whether it is search, ads, your profile or the market.
- You're adding a town or a product. Moving into ground source, dual-fuel or a new service area needs its own pages and campaigns.
- You're comparing agencies. Ask us the same questions you ask anyone else: how results are measured, who does the work, and what happens if you leave.
If you are only curious about a story in our newsroom, that's a good reason too. Send the link and your question.
Hours and response times
Plain expectations, so nobody waits wondering.
We work Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages sent in the evening or over a weekend are picked up when we are next at our desks. If you text outside hours, tell us a good time to call you back and we'll use it.
Before you get in touch
Two things worth knowing.
- We can't help homeowners with applications. If you are a homeowner asking about a rebate, contact the program administrator. Our newsroom links each one.
- We can't give compliance advice. For licensing or code questions, contact your provincial regulator.
Other common questions are answered in the FAQ.
Frequently asked questions
Is it better to call, text or email?
Whichever suits you. Calls are quickest for a first conversation, texts work well from a job site (a line or two is enough), and email is best if you want to send links or a list of questions.
Can I send a news tip?
Yes. Email or text the link to the official source. We only publish items we can verify from a primary document.
Will I be put on a mailing list?
No. We only reply to people who contact us first, and we don't add you to any list.
Can you help my customers with their rebate application?
No. We work with installers on marketing. Homeowners should contact the program administrator directly about their applications.
