Monthly marketing plans

The short answer: three plans, from essential local marketing to a full multi-channel programme.

Plan Price What it covers
Starter $2,998/month Your website with search-ready service pages, hosting and upkeep; Google Business Profile and local search work; a basic Google and Meta ads set-up; a report every month.
Growth $4,498/month The Starter work, plus deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, a CRM connection, a review-request routine and a report every week.
Elite $8,998/month The Growth work, plus video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reports built to your needs.

For a heat pump installer, the plan determines how much program-driven content and campaign management we can carry. Starter suits a single-town installer selling under one or two programs. Growth suits a multi-town company that wants program landing pages, ongoing heat pump SEO and ads. Elite suits firms running several branches or provinces.

Website packages

One-time builds, each with monthly hosting and maintenance.

Package Price Scope Monthly
Essential $3,500 a custom site of five to seven pages, delivered in two to three weeks hosting and upkeep at $149/month
Professional $6,500 ten to fifteen pages designed around conversions, in three to four weeks $249/month, conversion work included
Enterprise $12,500 as many pages and locations as you need, in four to six weeks $449/month for complete management

The installer websites page explains what each build includes.

What drives cost for a heat pump installer

Scope, not a formula. Four factors move it most.

  1. Number of towns and programs. Each town and each program you sell needs its own accurate page. An installer in three Ontario towns selling under Home Renovation Savings and the Energy Affordability Program needs fewer pages than one serving two provinces.
  2. Languages. French and English versions for Quebec or New Brunswick add writing and review time.
  3. Paid media. Running ads by fuel, program and town takes more management than a single campaign.
  4. Pace of change. Markets where programs change often, as in Quebec in 2026, need more frequent updates.

How to choose, with numbers

Start from what one job is worth to you.

A worked example: if your average heat pump installation brings $3,500 in gross margin, Starter at $2,998 plus 5% GST, as in BC or Alberta ($3,147.90 in total), is covered by roughly one additional job a month. Growth, at $4,498 plus 5% GST ($4,722.90), needs about one and a half. Run the same calculation with your own margin. If the plan can't plausibly pay for itself in your market, we'll tell you during the trial.

Plans compared for three typical installers

Matching the plan to the business usually takes one conversation.

  • A two-van installer in one town. Sells ductless and ducted under one provincial program. Starter usually fits: a sound website, a strong Google Business Profile, local pages and basic ads.
  • A four-town HVAC company adding heat pumps. Needs program pages for each town, ongoing content and campaigns split by fuel. Growth is the usual fit, with weekly reporting while heat pump volume builds.
  • A multi-branch firm across provinces. Needs separate program calendars, French and English content, video and a live dashboard. Elite is built for that load.

None of these is a rule. The trial tells us which plan your market can support, and the proposal says so in writing.

What we confirm in writing

Some terms belong in your proposal, not on a web page.

How ad spend is billed, notice periods, ownership of your domain, website and ad accounts, and reporting frequency are all set out in writing before you commit. Questions are answered in the FAQ. When you are ready, call, text or email us via the contact page to start the free trial.

Frequently asked questions

Is ad spend included in the monthly plan?

Your proposal states exactly what each plan includes and how ad spend is handled. Ask us to spell it out during the free trial.

Is there a contract?

There is no lock-in. Notice periods and other terms are confirmed in writing in your proposal.

Do you charge GST or HST?

Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and GST/HST is added by province (GST and QST in Quebec).

What does the free trial include?

A week in which we audit your current marketing, check how your website performs, analyse your search presence and compare you with competing installers. You won't be asked for a credit card.
